The cargo company delivers half day on Saturday, but Sürat Cargo company does not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

What should I do when my order is not at my address?
The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. If you cannot be found at your address, a note is left informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to www.yeldanatural.com.
How much is the shipping cost?
Our shipping fee is 15₺ as fixed regardless of weight, distance. When the cargo reaches you, you will not pay any additional fee, the shipping fee is collected from you together with the product price and reflected on your invoice.
